ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after full payment has been received.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
• Custom, personalized, engraved, and special-order items may require additional processing time.

SHIPPING METHODS

We primarily ship orders within the United States using FedEx 2Day to provide fast and reliable delivery. In certain situations, we may use USPS or another trusted carrier depending on the destination, package size, or shipping requirements.

DELIVERY TIMES

After your order has been shipped, most domestic orders are delivered within 2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

TRACKING INFORMATION

A tracking number will be provided by email or text message once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Alejandro Jewelry LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

For security purposes, certain high-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, we will gladly assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier. However, Alejandro Jewelry LLC cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held responsible for carrier-related delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Alejandro Jewelry LLC only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
