RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Alejandro Jewelry, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items sold through our website, social media platforms, or direct sales channels.
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, special-order, and layaway items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun.
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was received, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging for review.
Layaway deposits and payments are non-refundable. If a layaway order is canceled, all payments made will be forfeited.
Once an order has been shipped, Alejandro Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
